The software, its interface, visual design, agent architecture, governance model, and documentation are protected works. No license is granted to copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, decompile, create derivative works of, or otherwise exploit any part of the system except under a written agreement with OperatorKit.

Access to the platform is granted per organization under invitation and is subject to revocation. Automated scraping, crawling, or systematic capture of the interface or its outputs is prohibited.

External actions executed by the platform (email, SMS, voice) operate under the instructing organization's authority; that organization is responsible for its own compliance with applicable communication laws, including CAN-SPAM and TCPA.
